Resources/Technical Data
Access comprehensive technical documentation, test results, and certification information for our patent-pending lab coat technology.
Prototype testing results with Tyvek® 400.
To evaluate the chemical resistance of standard cotton versus Tyvek® 400 when exposed to volatile solvents, with implications for pulmonary protection in laboratory and industrial settings.
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE(SOP)
This experiment aims to evaluate the chemical permeation resistance of cotton textile specimens when exposed to acetic weak acid. The testing follows ASTM F903-18 guidelines.
The Science of Nanofiber Protection
How It Works
Our patent-pending nanofiber technology creates a protective barrier at the molecular level. Fibers with diameters 1000 times smaller than human hair form an intricate web that blocks chemical penetration while allowing air and moisture vapor to pass through.
The nanofibers are electrospun and embedded directly into the fabric matrix, creating a permanent barrier that won’t wash out or degrade over time. This process results in a fabric that’s both highly protective and surprisingly comfortable.
Key Benefits
- Superior breathability compared to traditional barriers
- Durable protection through 50+ wash cycles
- Lightweight and flexible for all-day comfort
